We are looking for motivated, responsible, and accountable team members to join our outdoor design and installation company. We transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments, and we are looking for people who care about the quality of their work as much as we do.

Our projects include artificial turf, outdoor kitchens, hardscapes, irrigation systems, pergolas, trees, plants, mulch, sod, and complete outdoor transformations.

We are looking for both skilled Landscape Installers and an experienced Landscape Foreman who can help lead projects and maintain our high standards.

POSITION 1: LANDSCAPE INSTALLER

What You'll Do

Install artificial turf, pavers, hardscapes, and outdoor living features.
Assist with outdoor kitchen and pergola installations.
Install trees, plants, mulch, sod, and irrigation systems.
Prepare job sites, move materials, and operate tools and equipment safely.
Follow project plans and instructions while maintaining attention to detail.
Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional.
Identify what needs to be done and take initiative without waiting for constant direction.
Communicate problems, material shortages, and project needs promptly.

What We're Looking For

Landscape installation, hardscape, or outdoor construction experience is preferred.
A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Someone who takes responsibility for their work and actions.
Pride in craftsmanship and a commitment to quality.
The ability to work well with a team and follow through on commitments.
A valid driver's license is preferred.
POSITION 2: LANDSCAPE FOREMAN

What You'll Do

Lead and supervise installation crews on residential outdoor projects.
Organize daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and keep projects moving forward.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to maintain productivity.
Understand project plans and ensure installations are completed according to design specifications.
Oversee installations involving artificial turf, hardscapes, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, irrigation, planting, mulch, and sod.
Maintain high standards for workmanship, efficiency, safety, and job-site cleanliness.
Communicate progress, challenges, and material needs to management.
Identify potential issues early and take action to resolve them.
Hold yourself and your crew accountable for the quality and completion of the work.

What We're Looking For

Experience in landscape installation, hardscaping, or outdoor construction.
Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to lead by example and keep a crew focused and productive.
Someone who takes ownership of projects from start to finish.
A proactive mindset and the ability to make sound decisions in the field.
Someone who brings solutions instead of excuses and follows through on commitments.
