Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation Tech

Pay: $26+ per hour depending upon experience.

We are seeking a hardworking person to join a small team to maintain multifamily residential properties. This a full-time position, Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There may be opportunities for project-based overtime.

Landscape responsibilities include:

Mowing
Edging
Trimming
Pruning
Blowing
Weed Control
Planting

Irrigation responsibilities include:

Checking and maintaining irrigation lines
Identifying issues
Repair and replace valves
Adjusting and programming timers
Fixing broken and/or laying new pipes
Drip systems

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Paid weekly by direct deposit
Paid vacation, sick and holidays & annual bonus
Paid rain days (limited)
