Landscape Maintenance / Construction Crew Member (Full-Time) – Yucaipa, Redlands / some Inland Empire areas
Compensation: $19-$25/hour DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time 40 hours per wk
Start: ASAP
We are a growing landscape company looking for a dependable, hard-working team member. This position is primarily landscape maintenance, with some days assisting on landscape construction projects.
Duties Include:

• Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Weed control and general clean-ups
• Shrub and ground cover maintenance
• Planting, mulching, and irrigation work
• Assisting with landscape construction (demo, install, grading, etc.)

Requirements:

• Reliable and shows up on time every day
• Able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• 3 years’ experience preferred (maintenance or construction), but willing to train the right person
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
• Must work well with a team
• Valid driver’s license is a plus

Schedule:
• Monday-Friday (some Saturdays as needed)
Pay:

• $19–$25/hour depending on experience
• Entry-level / no experience: starts at $19
• Basic experience: $20+
• Skilled (equipment, irrigation, efficiency): $22–$25

Location:
• Based out of Yucaipa, servicing mainly Redlands and some local Inland Empire areas
