Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader – Roo Landscaping (Sacramento)
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Crew Leader to run a 3–4 person landscape maintenance crew in the Sacramento area.
Pay: $23 – $27 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, year-round work (Monday–Friday)

What You’ll Do:

Lead daily maintenance routes (mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, weed control, etc.)
Perform minor irrigation repairs (heads, valves, drip lines, etc.)
Train and supervise crew members
Ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service
Load/unload equipment and keep truck organized
Communicate with property managers and office staff

Requirements:

2+ years of professional landscape maintenance experience
Experience with basic irrigation repairs is a plus
Ability to lead a small crew and get the job done right
Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
Reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented
