Landscape Maintenance Field Manager

The Cutting Edge Maintenance is seeking an experienced, hands-on Landscape Maintenance Field Manager to lead and support multiple crews while ensuring high-quality service across all client properties. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both leadership and field environments—capable of managing teams, maintaining standards, and stepping in to work alongside crews when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of multiple landscape maintenance crews
Supervise, train, and mentor crew leaders and team members
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
Schedule and coordinate routes, equipment, and materials
Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing questions or concerns
Assist crews in the field as needed, especially during high-demand periods
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
Monitor labor, equipment usage, and job efficiency.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance or related field
Proven experience managing multiple crews or teams
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on experience with landscaping equipment and maintenance practices
Ability to identify plant health issues, irrigation problems, and property needs
Valid driver’s license
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
