Job Summary
Morning Dew Landscaping in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking an energetic Landscape Maintenance General Foreman/Field Supervisor who is responsible for supervising and coordinating landscape maintenance crews to ensure high-quality service for commercial and municipal properties. This position oversees daily operations, assigns work, ensures safety compliance, trains crew members, and maintains strong customer relationships while meeting company quality standards.
This position is a full-time, year-round salaried position. During the winter, we offer snow removal services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead landscape maintenance crews on a daily basis.
• Plan and assign daily work schedules and job priorities.
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weed control, fertilization, irrigation inspections, and seasonal cleanups.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Train and mentor crew members in proper landscaping techniques and equipment operation.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and other tools.
• Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Communicate with customers professionally and address service concerns when necessary.
• Snow removal (will train to operate plow) during snow season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be computer literate and able to quickly learn software applications for scheduling and time management.
• 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance.
• Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience.
• Knowledge of proper plant care, pruning techniques, irrigation systems, turf maintenance, and landscape equipment.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and troubleshooting of systems.
• Ability to read work orders and follow landscape plans.
• Valid driver’s license with a verifiable 3-year clean driving record is required.
• Must be willing to become a certified backflow tester.

• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and vehicles.

Salary
• $50,000 - $65,000 annually
