Landscape Maintenance Residential Field Supervisor/Sales

Are you a motivated leader with a talent for sales and a passion for landscaping? Goodman's Landscape Maintenance, LLC, is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Residential Field Supervisor with Sales and Management Skills to elevate our Team!

Your role will involve not only overseeing daily operations and actively working with field employees, but also identifying opportunities to boost sales of ongoing yard care services, clean-ups, and small landscape upgrades. If you have a strong track record of enhancing productivity, building effective teams, and achieving outstanding results in both management and sales, we want to hear from you.

COMPENSATION: Salary $65K -$85K per year DOE - We Pay for Experience!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Management/Sales - RESIDENTIAL Landscape Maintenance 3+ years
Customer service experience is a must
Sell ongoing yard care services, clean ups and small landscape upgrades/refreshes
Knowledge of plants and plant related issues such as under/over watering, insect, animal, bacterial, fungal or viral diseases
Knowledge of Residential Irrigation systems and troubleshooting
Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean record with 39-month MVD Report
