Bauman Landscape and Construction is looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor to lead field crews and oversee the delivery of high-quality landscape maintenance services for commercial and residential properties.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside their team while managing daily operations, maintaining productivity, and ensuring every job meets our standards for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a landscape maintenance crew
Organize daily work assignments and coordinate schedules
Perform and oversee planting, pruning, irrigation, turf care, and hardscape maintenance
Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and according to project requirements
Uphold company safety policies and promote a safe work environment
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and respond professionally to service requests
Train, coach, and support crew members to encourage growth and performance
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in safe, working condition
Qualifications
3+ years of professional landscaping experience
Minimum of 1 year in a crew lead or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and irrigation systems
Ability to manage crews, prioritize work, and maintain productivity
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license required
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
$39-$41 per hour, based on experience
