LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER / CREW LEADER North County San Diego

Established landscape maintenance company is looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Team Leader/Crew Leader to join our team.

We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and experienced in landscape maintenance who can lead a small crew and take pride in providing high-quality service to our residential and commercial clients.

POSITION DETAILS

Full-time: 40 hours per week
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM–3:30 PM
30-minute lunch break
Two 15-minute breaks
Typically no overtime
$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew
Perform and oversee routine landscape maintenance
Mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, trimming, weeding and clean-up
Identify and address irrigation issues and landscape problems
Properly operate and maintain landscape equipment
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to company standards
Communicate professionally with customers and company management
Help train and direct crew members
Drive a company truck and transport equipment and materials
Maintain a clean and organized truck and equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of professional landscape maintenance experience preferred
Previous crew leader, leadman, foreman or supervisory experience preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Valid California driver's license required
Clean driving record preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable transportation to and from work
Dependable, punctual and responsible
Able to work outdoors and perform physical work throughout the day
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
COMPENSATION

$25–$30 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
