Cherry Hill Outdoor Landscape & Design is looking for a highly organized Operations Manager to help keep our growing company running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role that combines customer communication, scheduling, team coordination, and office operations. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, solves problems, and helps keep both customers and crews informed.
**What You'll Do**
- Coordinate daily schedules for crews and projects
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and project updates
- Support estimating, sales, and project handoffs
- Manage work orders, job information, and CRM systems
- Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up
- Help track project progress and operational performance
- Work closely with ownership to improve processes and accountability
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- CRM experience preferred
- Landscape, construction, service industry, or operations experience preferred
- Salary based on experience
