Landscape Residential Maintenance Crew Leader
Description
Lead a crew of workers doing Landscape Maintenance in areas such as high-end residential properties and commercial properties:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring delivery of quality services and customer satisfaction
- Trimming Plants, Up to 10' Trees and installing Flowers
- Equipment; In Field Management & Report Problems
- Management of Basic Irrigation Systems
- Knowledge of Top 25 Plants used in the Valley
- Ability to manage, train and mentor and instruct crew members
- Effectively communicate and relay problems with properties and customer's concerns with office staff by phone and CRM program service program on phone.
Manages 1-2 crew personnel
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Arizona Driver's license and clean driving record
- Programming irrigation timers, replacing lawn heads, nozzles, and drip system repairs
- Mowing, edging, weed eating, trimming, blowing, raking, manual weed removal
- Picking up trash and debris, climbing ladders and trimming trees, digging, chopping, lifting equipment and other
- Mixed gas and regular gas uses what type of fuel equipment knowledge
- Install plants and gravel, Irrigation Evaluation (upgrade/expand), Revamp Existing Landscaping
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical card
- Able to do physical work and lift at least 100lbs.
- Experience in use of Smart Phone texting and phone calls
- English speaking (Bi-lingual a plus)
- Experience with standard power and manual landscape maintenance equipment
- Experience in high quality residential landscape maintenance work.
- $30 per hour DOE

- Current Driver's License
