We are hiring an experienced, hands-on Landscape Installation & Hardscape Foreman who can take ownership of projects, lead a crew, and consistently deliver professional results.

This is a working foreman position. You must be able to lead from the front, organize the crew, maintain production, solve problems, and work alongside the team when necessary.

🏗️ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and work alongside a landscape installation crew
Review plans, project scopes, material lists, and daily objectives
Organize labor, materials, tools, trucks, trailers, and equipment
Lay out and oversee trees, palms, shrubs, groundcovers, sod, mulch, stone, and edging
Manage demolition, site preparation, grading, drainage, and final detailing
Supervise paver and hardscape installation
Confirm proper plant placement, spacing, elevations, depths, staking, and finishing
Keep the crew productive and projects moving according to schedule
Identify field problems and communicate solutions
Monitor workmanship, safety, and job-site organization
Document progress with photographs and company software
Communicate professionally with clients when necessary
Maintain clean and organized trucks, equipment, and job sites
✅ QUALIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE:
At least three years of professional landscape installation experience
Previous experience leading a landscape, hardscape, or construction crew
Knowledge of Florida plants, trees, palms, soils, and installation practices
Experience with grading, drainage, sod, irrigation, and site preparation
Experience with paver and hardscape installation
Ability to read plans, measurements, elevations, and material lists
Ability to organize people, delegate work, and maintain production
Strong field judgment and problem-solving ability
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Reliable transportation to Palm City
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Ability to use a smartphone for communication, photographs, and job documentation

Bilingual English/Spanish communication is strongly preferred.

🚀 WHAT WE OFFER:
$28–$35 per hour, based on experience and proven ability
$300 bonus after completing 90 days
