Landscaper / Arborist / Foreman

Aloha!

Looking for someone who loves working outside, is hard-working, honest, reliable/dependable, and friendly.

You must have adequate plant knowledge or identification, be able to use various tools (hedger, weed whacker, chainsaw, push and riding mowers, and problem solving skills.

Some other skills needed but not required for this job include:

-using a pick (roots, cane grass, ext)
-using a pole saw
-correct pruning techniques (hand loppers)
-driving with a trailer (forward and backing up)
-tying down equipment or green waste loads (use of ropes and knots)
-mixing oil and gas properly
-know how to clean/detail gardens
-use hand saw or sickle
-loading/stacking green waste in truck bed or trailer

Listing says part-time, but work depends on how well we do. Maui is a small place so word of mouth gets us more jobs.
