Landscaper & Grounds Support

Looking for varied work in a beautiful location? Enjoy working hard outdoors? This may be the position for you!

Job Duties:

• Weedwhipping
• Invasive control (weeding, and treating pesky stumps with Remedy herbicide)
• Cleaning Ditches
• Raking
• Removing roots from trails and packing potholes
• Clearing Overgrowth
• Pruning and Detail Work

Additional tasks could range from painting, light cleaning, pressure washing, and many more tasks depending on the individual’s skillset and experience.

On-property housing and customized arrangements available, for the right individual.

Schedule: Likely starting part time- could transition into full time, for the right individual. Please describe your present availability- days/hours.

Compensation: Dependent upon experience, general knowledge of plants and tasks, overall skillsets, and eagerness to grow and elevate our property's grounds. If we transition to full time, other benefits could be explored (health insurance, PTO, etc). We're looking for a mutual investment, someone dedicated to growing with us, and a steady addition to the team.

• Ability to Work Self-directed Alone or with 1-2 others
• Prior Experience in Landscaping and Grounds Roles
• Reliable Transportation
• Authorized to work in the US/ possess valid I9 ID's (passport, social security card, drivers license, etc)
