Looking for a Mechanic to join our landscaping and snow team! We run Landscaping and Snow Crews so familiarity with trucks, trailers small landscaping equipment, skids, loaders, pushers, plows, etc a necessity.

You'll be joining a great team that is always growing so there is big upward mobility potential.

Year round work and free Health Care is huge plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain:
• Heavy construction equipment (loaders, skid steers, sweepers, etc.)
• Small landscaping equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.)
• Company vehicles (trucks, trailers, etc.)
• Prioritize repairs and manage workload based on operational urgency and safety.
• Order parts and manage inventory to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide occasional guidance to operators on proper equipment use and maintenance.
• Proactively identify potential issues and recommend solutions to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a mechanic (fleet, heavy equipment, or automotive).
• Strong diagnostic skills across gas, diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Must provide own professional-grade tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in ordering parts and managing vendor relationships.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.

• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Knowledge of landscape, snow and ice control equipment.
• Familiarity with fleet management software (a plus, but not required).
