Landscaping Crew Lead – Full-Time – $24-30/hr DOE

BP Greenworks LLC is hiring an experienced Crew Lead / Foreman to run day-to-day landscaping jobs for our residential and commercial clients. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be assigning tasks, keeping jobs on schedule, and serving as the main point of contact for your crew and our clients.

What you'll do:

-Lead and direct a small crew on-site (mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation, hardscaping, cleanup)
-Assign daily tasks and keep jobs running on time and on budget
-Communicate schedule updates and job status back to the office
-Train and support crew members as needed
-Drive the crew truck/trailer to and from job sites

What we're looking for:

-Previous landscaping experience
-Prior experience leading or supervising a crew
-Valid driver's license with a clean record
-Reliable transportation
-Comfortable using a phone/app to log job notes and communicate with the office
-Authorized to work in the U.S., 18+

Details:

-Full-time
-Pay: $24-30/hr, depending on experience
