Landscaping Crew Member- Sign-on Bonus

A Landscape Crew Member performs general landscape maintenance and installation tasks to help keep residential properties clean, healthy, and attractive. This position work outdoors in all types of weather and uses landscaping tools and equipment while following all company safety procedures.

Essential Duties:

• Mow, edge, trim, and blow landscape areas
• Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees
• Pull weeds and remove debris from properties
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees as directed
• Assist with irrigation repairs and adjustments
• Load, unload, and safely operate landscaping tools and equipment
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Perform other landscaping duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping experience is preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Valid driver's license is preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift
• Regularly use hand tools and power equipment

Work Environment:

• Exposure to dust, noice, wether, and landscaping equipment
• May be required to work overtime or weekends based on business needs
