Landscaping Maintenance Position

Landscape Maintenance Crew — Phoenix (Hiring Now)

Base pay $20-$25/hr + weekly efficiency bonus — most of our crew earns $25–$35/hr total.

Monday–Friday. Weekly direct deposit. Start tomorrow.

You need:

Experience with blowers, mowers, and trimmers

Clean AZ driver's license
Reliable transportation + smartphone
Ability to work in the U.S. (we E-verify)

Irrigation/sprinkler experience is a plus. We're a family-run Phoenix company with room to grow into a lead or manager role if that's your goal.
