Lawn and Landscaping Company Team Members

LANDSCAPING CLEAN-UP CREW MEMBER – RMERKLI INC.

RMerkli Inc. is looking for an experienced, reliable landscaping clean-up crew member to join our team. This is a hands-on labor position for someone who takes pride in doing detailed, high-quality work and wants the opportunity to move up within the company.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Shrub and hedge pruning

Weeding and flower-bed maintenance
Mulching
General landscape clean-up
Blowing and keeping properties clean and presentable
Ability to identify and correct detail work without constantly being told what to do
Previous landscaping experience required
Valid driver’s license required
Valid Social Security number required for employment
Snowplowing experience is a major plus for winter work (Skid Steer Operator as well)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We need someone who is very detail-oriented, dependable, works hard, shows up on time, and takes pride in their work. You must be able to look at a property when the job is finished and make sure it is truly cleaned up and completed properly.

PROOF OF EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Please be prepared to provide pictures or other proof of landscaping work you have personally completed.

This is initially a labor/crew position, but the right person will have the opportunity to advance into a Working Supervisor/Foreman position with more responsibility and earning potential.
