Lawn Care and Maintenance - Crew Leaders and Crew Members

We are a full-service Landscape Design/Build and Maintenance Company serving the Columbus area. We are growing quickly, looking for great workers who want to grow with us. We are currently looking for applicants with a valid driver’s license and Maintenance experience. Starting wages are competitive and experience is valued.

Ideal Candidate for Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader:

• Landscape Maintenance Crew Leaders- 2+ year’s experience
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Deliver high quality work on a consistent basis
• Work as part of a team and take direction
• Communicate and coordinate with the Production Manager and Crew Members
• Follow best practices of industry and company standards
• Proper use and care of all tools, equipment and machinery
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, and rig at all times
• Must track daily time and materials for job costing
• Must have experience in:

Leadership role, Commercial Mowing, Property Maintenance, Hauling a Trailer.

Ideal Candidate for Landscape Maintenance Crew Member:

• Landscape experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate as a crew member
• Work as part of a team and take direction with a professional attitude
• Communicate and coordinate with the Crew Leader and Crew Members
• Follow best practices of industry and company standards
• Proper use, and care of all tools, equipment and machinery
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times
