We are seeking an experienced and dependable Lawn Care Crew Leader to join our growing team.
Requirements:
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Minimum of 5 years of professional lawn care/landscaping experience
● Ability to lead a crew and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently
● Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
● Experience operating commercial lawn care equipment
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding work
