🌱 Position Overview

We’re seeking a dependable, motivated Lawn Care Technician to join our Gorham team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality results, and values a healthy work‑life balance — including weekends off. Experience is welcome, but we’re happy to train the right person.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Perform lawn treatments including fertilization, weed control, and other applications
• Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect properties and identify lawn health issues
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
• Maintain accurate service records
• Represent the company with professionalism and care

⭐ Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Enjoys working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to learn (training provided)
• Lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus but not required
