🔧 Position Overview

This is a field position supporting both:

• Lawn Mowing Division
• Landscaping Division

Work may shift between mowing and landscaping based on seasonal demand. Flexibility is important.

💪 What We’re Looking For

• Shows up on time — every day
• Physically capable of outdoor labor
• Positive attitude is a must
• Takes direction from crew leaders
• Open to feedback and improvement
• Comfortable working long days during peak season

Experience is preferred but not required for the right work ethic.

💵 Pay

• Will be discussed at interview
• Higher pay available for experienced landscapers
• Additional consideration for fertilization / lawn improvement / lawn mowing experience

Season begins late March.
