Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Lawn Maintenance Driver to join our crew. In this role, you will drive company vehicles to residential and commercial properties, perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and other basic landscape maintenance tasks. This is a hands-on outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in a job well done.

Key Responsibilities

Safely drive a truck and trailer (or zero-turn mower transport) to job sites following all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Operate commercial lawn equipment including zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers, and hand tools.
Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, debris removal, and basic clean-up for residential and commercial clients.
Load and unload equipment and materials daily.
Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic maintenance (blade changes, refueling, etc.).
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Follow assigned routes and complete jobs efficiently while meeting quality standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage.

Requirements & Qualifications

Valid driver’s license

Previous experience operating lawn equipment or driving commercial vehicles preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning starts (typically 6:30–7:30 AM).
Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.

Schedule
