Lawn Maintenance Technician — Western Metro

$24–$25/hr | Immediate Opening

Jim's Lawn & Landscape LLC is a well-established lawn, landscape, and snow plowing company based in the western metro area. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and mature individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys being outdoors.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Lawn mowing, trimming, and blowing
• Spring and fall cleanups
• General lawn care and landscape maintenance

What We're Looking For:

• 2–3 years of commercial and/or residential lawn care experience
• Experience with Exmark zero-turn mowers, backpack blowers, and weed whips
• Strong attention to detail — our clients expect high-quality results
• Ability to work occasional extended hours or weekends due to weather
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Someone who brings a positive attitude every single day

PAY: $24–$25/hour depending on experience

Want to Work Year-Round? Add Snow Plowing This Winter!

The right candidate will have the opportunity to continue working through the winter as a Snow Plow Operator. Due to the nature of snow removal, winter work is on-call — when it snows, we go! Must be available for overnights, weekends, and holidays when weather requires it.

Winter Pay: Guaranteed weekly base pay PLUS $40/hour for all hours worked during snow events
