Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a dependable, experienced maintenance technician for a 92-unit apartment community in Fayetteville, GA.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working independently and takes pride in maintaining a property and taking care of residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing apartment work orders
• Plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs
• PTAC/HVAC troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Apartment turns
• Minor carpentry and general repairs
• Preventive maintenance
• Grounds and common-area maintenance as needed
• Working with outside vendors when necessary

Qualifications:

• Apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Strong general maintenance and repair skills
• HVAC experience is a plus
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Professional and respectful with residents
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Full-time position. Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
