Lead Auto Mechanic

We are looking for a Lead Mechanic, that has the drive to come in and help push us to the next level

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented, hardworking mechanic to make money you deserve.

We are a busy full-service repair facility, doing everything from oil changes to engines and transmission replacement.

The right candidate will have 4 plus years post school experience in all aspects of repairing cars and light trucks (mostly American and Asian cars, very few European cars)

There is plenty of work to keep you very busy and making money

We have 2 very experienced salespeople to keep you busy with very little down time

Must have your own tools

Must have valid driver's license

Duties will include, alignments, diagnostics, brakes, tires, maintenance, engine repair, transmission repair, oil changes, suspension repair, and other repairs

We do a lot of alignments

Hours will include days, nights (till 6pm) and Saturdays (No Sundays) 50+ hours per week or more if you want (hours could be adjusted as needed) (start time 8am)

Plenty of work available, you can work 6 days a week if you would like to.

Pay will depend on qualifications and is flat rate based.

Vacation and 401k

Current mechanic is billing out 70-80+ hours per week and is leaving lots more undone.

Very little warranty work, and zero recalls like at dealer
