What You’ll Do

-Perform and oversee advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and ECU programming.
-Handle complex repairs.
-Mentor and guide technicians to ensure high-quality work and efficient operations.
-Maintain and organize shop equipment, tools, and programming software.

-Partner with management to continuously improve shop performance.

What We’re Looking For

-5+ years of professional experience in automotive diagnostics and repair.
-Strong background in electrical, programming, and advanced troubleshooting.
-Leadership ability with proven experience managing or mentoring a team.
-Proficiency with both domestic and foreign vehicles.
-Personal tools and toolbox required.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Valid driver’s license.
