Lead Cabinetmaker – Production & High-End Custom

Established cabinet manufacturing company in Gilroy is seeking an experienced Lead Cabinetmaker for a full-time, hands-on position.

This is not a desk-only supervisor position. The right person will spend the majority of the workday on the shop floor building cabinetry while also helping lead, organize, and assist other shop employees.

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 5 years of professional cabinetmaking experience
• Strong hands-on experience building both production cabinetry and high-end custom cabinetry
• Ability to read and work directly from detailed cabinet shop drawings
• Experience leading and assisting other cabinet shop employees
• Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, assembly, hardware, and shop procedures
• CNC equipment experience is a plus
• Cabinet Vision or similar cabinet manufacturing software experience is a plus

Position: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
Pay: $35–$45 per hour depending on experience
Location: Gilroy, California
