Norfolk Kitchen & Bath is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter in Framingham, MA!

We're looking for a highly skilled Carpenter who can take ownership of residential remodeling projects, work independently, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship from rough framing to finish carpentry.

If you have extensive experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, cabinet installation, blueprint reading, and jobsite leadership, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Lead residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.
• Perform rough-to-finish carpentry, including framing, cabinetry, crown molding, trim, and detailed finish work.
• Read and interpret complete construction blueprints, floor plans, and elevations.
• Independently manage assigned jobsites and troubleshoot construction challenges.
• Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry with precision.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, and other trades.
• Guide Carpenters and Helpers while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Maintain clean jobsites and communicate professionally with homeowners.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of professional carpentry or residential remodeling experience.
• 15+ years preferred, particularly in a Lead Carpenter or Foreman role.
• Strong experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling and cabinet installation.
• Advanced framing, trim, and finish carpentry skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and complete projects independently.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role.

A Plus: OSHA 10 certification, experience leading small crews, and working in occupied residential homes.
