Lead Carpenter - $32-$40/hr - Custom Homes - Year Round Work

Parsons Construction, Inc. is a locally owned custom home builder and remodeling contractor serving Spokane and the surrounding area. We build custom homes and complete high-quality residential remodeling projects with a focus on craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail.
We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who takes pride in their work and can help lead projects from start to finish. If you're the type of carpenter who enjoys solving problems, producing quality work, and working with a team that values craftsmanship over volume, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day field operations on custom home and residential remodeling projects
• Perform framing, layout, finish carpentry, and installation work
• Coordinate and direct laborers and subcontractors as needed
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction details
• Maintain project schedules and help keep jobs moving efficiently
• Ensure work meets company quality standards and client expectations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
• Represent the company professionally with clients, vendors, and team members

What We're Looking For

• Strong residential carpentry experience, preferably in custom homes or high-end remodeling
• Proven ability to work independently and lead small crews
• Skilled in framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, trim, and detailed finish work
• Ability to read plans and solve problems in the field
• Strong understanding of residential construction practices and sequencing
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and pride in craftsmanship

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
