Synergy Design & Construction is an established design-build remodeler in Reston. We do high-end, detail-driven renovations — kitchens, baths, whole-home — and our reputation is built on craftsmanship, not corner-cutting. We're growing and looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to run our job sites.

WHAT WE OFFER

$35–40/hr based on experience
Steady, year-round work — no seasonal layoffs
Monday–Friday — no weekends

Local work only — Reston & nearby NoVA. No DC. No Maryland. No hour-long commutes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

High-end residential remodeling, 5+ yrs (not new construction)
High-level finish carpentry — inset & frameless cabinetry, scribe work, complex crown/coffered ceilings, custom built-ins, trim
Runs a site solo and leads trade partners
Reads plans without hand-holding
Portfolio required (3–5 photos of finished work)
Open to a paid half-day working interview

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years in residential remodeling (not new construction)
Strong finish carpentry and cabinetry skills
Able to run a site independently and lead trade partners
Comfortable reading plans
Conversational English required — you'll work directly with homeowners and our in-house design team
Valid driver's license
Real pride in the finished product
