Sorel Home Improvement LLC is looking for an experienced Lead carpenter or carpenter to join our growing remodeling business. We are fully licensed, we pull permits, and we specialize in high-quality residential remodeling throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. We’re looking for an experienced lead carpenter to run our bigger jobs.
You will meet at our shop and run a crew,
(with the opportunity to grow to run crews or become a project manager) Maybe get a vehicle in future.

Job Description

Lead carpenter
Bathroom remodel from demo to finish
Basement finishing
Finish work
Cabinet Installation
Flooring Installation
Framing

Requirements
5+ years of carpentry experience
Bathroom, basement, & kitchens specifically and then general remodeling experience
Ability to be the leader of a small team and able to work independently
Ability to produce quality work within reasonable time frames
Strong finish carpentry skills
Ability to drive our work vehicles to job sites. A valid Driver’s License & a clean driving record
Professional attitude & good communication skills
