We’re looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to run residential projects from start to finish. If you take pride in your craft, communicate well, and like working on high-quality kitchens, baths, and whole-home remodels, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Lead and execute residential remodeling projects

Read plans, manage details, and maintain jobsite quality
Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and clients
Mentor carpenters and apprentices as needed
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of residential remodeling experience
Strong carpentry skills and attention to detail
Leadership mindset and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation and basic tools
