Pay: $22–$45/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | 40–50 hrs/week | Year-Round Work
Location: Southeast Wisconsin

We are a growing company specializing in high-end decks, sunrooms, and outdoor living spaces. We’re looking for reliable, skilled carpenters who take pride in their work.

What You’ll Do:

• Build decks, railings, stairs, pergolas, and outdoor structures
• Read plans and layouts
• Frame, cut, and finish materials
• Work independently or lead small crews
• Keep jobsites clean and safe

Requirements:

• 2+ years deck/exterior carpentry experience
• Strong knowledge of framing, layouts, and finish skills
• Reliable transportation
• Own basic/pro tools
• Physically able to perform job duties
• Dependable and punctual
