Description
Looking for a reliable, full-time Lead Carpenter who takes pride in high-end craft and knows how to run a jobsite. We are an established San Francisco based residential contractor with a full pipeline of year-round work and a team culture that treats our people like family.
If you can oversee a couple of carpenters and read plans, we want to hear from you right away. You must have outstanding framing skills. This is not a position for people who only do finish carpentry.
What We’re Looking For
We are hiring immediately, but we are looking for the right fit. Standard "I've done rough and finish" emails will be passed over—stand out and show us why you’re the lead we’re looking for.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of direct experience with a framing or general contractor
- Master-level rough and finish carpentry skills
- Strong jobsite leadership and crew management ability
- Reliable truck and your own tools
- Competitive, top-of-market hourly wages
