WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead and perform high-quality cabinet installations for residential remodeling projects
• Install cabinets, countertops, trim, molding, doors, and other finish materials
• Accurately measure, lay out, level, and install cabinetry according to plans and specifications
• Handle custom and detailed cabinet installation while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship
• Perform finish carpentry, framing, and remodeling work as needed
• Identify and resolve installation challenges efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of professional carpentry experience required
• Extensive experience with cabinet installation and residential remodeling
• Strong finish carpentry and woodworking skills
• Ability to independently complete cabinet installations from layout through final installation
• Strong knowledge of measuring, leveling, scribing, shimming, and fitting cabinetry
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve job-site challenges

Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and climb ladders regularly
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
• Buildertrend or similar construction software experience is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
