Lead Carpenter / Construction Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Lead Builder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional who can lead a crew, manage job sites, and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities:

• Working lead and supervise a construction crew on residential and/or commercial projects
• Coordinate daily job site activities and workflow
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients as needed
• Order and manage materials and maintain an organized job site

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction or carpentry (10+ years preferred)
• Leadership experience managing crews or job sites
• Strong knowledge of multiple trades, building methods, tools, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
