Lead Carpenter / Construction Foreman

Full-Time - Field & Office

We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Construction Foreman to join our growing team. This is a leadership role for someone who is hands-on, organized, self-motivated, and able to manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Lead field crews and subcontractors on active renovation projects.
• Coordinate daily job site activities and schedules.
• Manage labor, task lists, and project timelines.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and with high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and office staff.
• Assist with project management and job site documentation.
• Solve problems and keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction (renovations)
• Strong carpentry background.
• Leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate field work.
• Self-starter with a positive, professional attitude.

Compensation: Starting at $105,000+ annually, based on experience.
