Lead-Carpenter — Experienced Construction All-Rounder

The Home Doctors are growing, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing exceptional work.**

We’re a residential and commercial construction and remodeling company that believes quality still matters. Our projects range from small home repairs and renovations to larger remodels, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, has skills across multiple trades and knows how to work efficiently and effectively.

If you’re the kind of person who notices the details, solves problems without waiting to be told, and genuinely cares about leaving every project better than you found it, we’d like to meet you.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**

Some of our recent projects and projects in the works include.

• Bath remodels
• Deck builds
• Carpentry and finish work
• Framing and structural repairs
• Drywall installation and patching
• Painting and trim work
• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Window and door installation
• Siding, exterior repairs and waterproofing
• General remodeling and home improvement
• Working independently or alongside our team

**THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

You are someone who:

• Has solid experience across multiple construction trades (minimum 10 yrs experience)
• Takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work
• Is dependable, punctual and honest
• Can think through problems and come up with solutions
• Is a self-starter who doesn’t need constant supervision
• Communicates professionally with homeowners and coworkers
• Keeps a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Wants to continue learning and improving
• A valid CA drivers license and good driving record
• Has reliable transportation (we may provide a van or truck)
• Has your own tools
