Lead Carpenter / Foreman Needed

A growing general contracting company is looking for an experienced lead carpenter/foreman to join our team.

What You’ll Do

Lead by example: Work with the subs on daily construction tasks.
Keep the crew on track: Guide subs from different trades and monitor daily progress.
Maintain a safe job site: Make sure all workers follow site rules.
Keep everyone informed: Serve as the connection between the subs and management. Report progress, needs, and any issues.

Requirements

Previous experience as a lead carpenter/foreman
Previous experience with kitchen and bath installations
Experience managing multiple trades is preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Able to solve job-site problems
Must be dependable, organized, and safety-minded
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Benefits & Pay
$35/hr+
We will cover fuel for travel between projects.
