Lead Carpenter / Future Field Project Manager

Tired of chaotic remodels and messy jobsites? We build precision prefabricated architectural backyard studios. We panelize in our clean San Diego shop and assemble on-site in fast, 5-to-10-day builds.

We’re looking for an ambitious, top-tier Lead Carpenter to build with us today and step directly into a Field Project Manager / Operations role as we scale.

What You’ll Do:

Build & Assemble: Lead shop panelization and site installs (framing, architectural siding, composite decking, fine finish trim).

Lead & Manage: Keep a zero-defect standard, direct site logistics, and interface professionally with clients.

Grow: Move into running multi-site logistics, crew scheduling, and shop ops as production ramps.

What We Need:

5+ years of finish carpentry, siding, framing, and trim mastery.

Clean-cut, articulate, client-facing presentation.

Obsessive organization (clean rig, organized tools, spotless jobsite discipline).

Valid CA Driver’s License, clean record, and legal W-2 status.
