Playset Services LLC is looking for experienced carpenters and skilled tradespeople to help meet the growing demand for our residential outdoor construction services.

Our primary work includes playset installations, relocations, repairs, maintenance, and removals. We also build custom treehouses and take on a variety of outdoor carpentry projects including decks, fences, pergolas, above-ground pool decks, and other backyard structures.

We are building a network of dependable field technicians throughout Central Texas and are currently hiring in multiple locations.

## Responsibilities

• Install residential playsets
• Relocate, repair, and maintain existing playsets
• Disassemble and remove outdoor structures
• Build decks, fences, pergolas, pool decks, and other outdoor projects as opportunities arise
• Assist with custom treehouse construction
• Represent our company professionally while providing outstanding customer service

## Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry, construction, or woodworking experience preferred
• Reliable personal transportation
• Contractor-grade hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Smartphone with the ability to communicate by phone, text, and email
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision

## Compensation

We believe quality work should be rewarded.

Most work is compensated on a per-project basis, giving experienced, efficient carpenters the opportunity to earn more than a traditional hourly position. Pay range of **$15-$30 per hour** reflects typical earnings, although exceptional performers may exceed that range.

Pay varies based on experience, productivity, workmanship, and the types of projects completed. Additional hourly opportunities may be available for shop work and larger custom construction projects.

## Service Area

Projects are scheduled throughout the Houston, Austin, and Central Texas region. We are seeking technicians in multiple cities so jobs can be completed efficiently within their local service areas. Some larger projects may require occasional overnight travel.
