Construction company is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Project Lead to join our team. We specialize in high-quality residential remodels, with 100% of our work coming from referrals. This role is ideal for a carpenter who not only has strong hands-on skills, but also takes ownership of projects, communicates clearly, and wants to grow within a respected company.
What You’ll Do
Lead and execute residential remodeling projects (kitchens, baths, full home remodels)
Interpret plans, specs, and project details accurately
Manage day-to-day jobsite operations and sequencing
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in residential construction and remodeling
Attention to detail and high quality finish work
Proven experience as a lead carpenter or foreman
Ability to manage projects, timelines, and jobsite organization
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Professional appearance and customer-facing attitude
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Requirements:
Clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits
$42–$50/hour DOE (depending on experience)
