Lead Carpenter – Residential Remodeling

We are a residential interior remodeling company operating out of the Colorado Springs area. As we grow, we’re seeking a highly skilled residential remodeling tradesman with at least 3-5 years of experience leading remodeling projects. Project scopes include, but are not limited to kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels and general home renovations.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Applicants must have some or general knowledge in:
1) Structural Framing
2) Carpentry- molding/trim, hanging doors.
3) Cabinet Install
4) Drywall/Texture/Paint
5) Tile/Stone Installation
6) Flooring- LVP, Tile
7) Improves staff effectiveness by counseling and training employees
8) Plans, delegates, monitors, and appraises job tasks and results
9) Analyzes and resolves work problems. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate staff to achieve organizational goals
10) Assigns staff daily duties and evaluates performance of staff
11) Ensures that company quality standards are consistently met or exceeded
12) Maximizes technology and resources to increase productivity and output quality
13) Assists in the development of new programs and standard operating procedures
14) Drives the achievement of annual budget goals to include payroll/material costs
15) Ensures performance goals and objectives are met or exceeded
16) Implements and enforces rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
17) Performs other duties as assigned
