Mone Construction Co Inc is looking for a motivated Lead Carpenter to join our crew, and is responsible for high quality workmanship of luxury residential construction projects.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Lead and perform hands-on carpentry work throughout all phases of construction
- Take ownership of day-to-day work on site
- Direct and support crew members, subcontractors, and other trades on site
- Identify and resolve construction challenges in real time
- Follow all job site safety requirements and company procedures
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe job site
- 5+ years of residential carpentry experience
- Strong understanding of residential construction and job site sequencing
- Ability to read and work from plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to take ownership of responsibilities
- Team-oriented with a willingness to help others and share knowledge
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients and representing the company with professionalism
- Reliable transportation to job sites in San Francisco and nearby areas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45-$55 per hour/hour, depending on experience
Location: San Francisco, CA – In person
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
