Lead Carpenter – Restoration Work – $28–$30/hr

Eastern Diversified Services (EDS), a full-service disaster restoration company based in Souderton, PA, is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our Rebuild team.

You'll lead reconstruction work on insurance-driven restoration projects — water, fire, and mold damage repairs — from framing through finish. This is a hands-on lead role: you'll run your own jobs, direct helpers/subs when needed, and be accountable for quality and schedule.

What you'll do:

Frame, hang/finish drywall, install trim, doors, cabinets, and flooring. Read and work from scopes/estimates tied to insurance claims. Coordinate directly with project managers on job status and material needs. Keep jobs on schedule and on budget. Maintain a clean, safe jobsite.

What we're looking for:
5+ years of carpentry experience (restoration/remodel background a plus). Own truck and tools. Reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently. Valid driver's license.

Pay: $28-30/hr, based on experience
