Lead Carpenter Wanted for immediate start

Must have 5-10 years of experience in construction

• Must be able to read commercial construction plans
• Must be able to frame walls and prep for paint

• Will be responsible for staff management, planning and quality control
• Must have own tools
• Must submit to background check

-Must have active drivers license and be a driver in good standing

• Extensive knowledge of commercial construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, safety and applicable building codes.
