**Part-Time Position — Full-Time Consideration for the Right Person**
McCon Industries is looking for an experienced **Lead Carpenter** who can handle a variety of residential and commercial renovation work.
We are looking for someone who is skilled, dependable, able to work independently, and capable of completing jobs professionally from start to finish.
### **Required Experience**
- Window replacement and installation
- Vinyl and aluminum windows
- Door installation
- Framing
- Kitchen cabinet installation
- Interior trim and molding
- Fine carpentry / millwork
- Flooring installation
- Laminate flooring
- Hardwood flooring installation and refinishing
- Sheetrock installation
- Spackling and patching
- Painting
- General interior renovation work
### **What We’re Looking For**
- Strong carpentry experience
- Ability to read measurements accurately
- Attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Able to lead or work with helpers when needed
- Professional around customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to keep jobsites clean and organized
- Driver’s license required
- Vehicle is a plus, but not required
Applicants should have their own basic hand and small power tools, including:
- Drill / impact driver
- Tape measure
- Small level
- Tool belt
- Basic carpentry hand tools
### **Position**
This is a **part-time position to start**, with the possibility of **full-time work for the right person** based on skill, reliability, and workload.

**$30–$40 per hour**, depending on experience and ability.
