Lead Carpenter/Onsite Supervisor — High-End Residential

An established high-end residential general contractor serving Greater Boston is looking for a skilled lead carpenter/onsite supervisoer to run some of our job sites. We handle renovations, additions, and new construction where finish quality is everything.

What you’ll do: Oversee day-to-day work on site, supervise and coordinate subcontractors and deliveries, and keep projects moving safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality. This is primarily a supervision and management role — you’ll step in hands-on with the tools when a job calls for it, but your main focus is keeping the work running smoothly.

What we’re looking for: Strong background in finish and rough carpentry, experience on high-end residential projects, proven ability to lead a site and manage subs, ability to read plans and specs, and solid organization and communication. A valid driver’s license.
